Los Angeles is lucky to have Fardad (and his younger brother making pastry). The space reflects his authenticity and gracefullness. Everything from the linens to the custom candles in the bathrooms. Wolfgang Puck was the only other chef who came to mind while I was there. I felt like a partner in the experience. The dishes, cocktails, and rosé were all immaculate.
He started his supper club, Museum at USC connecting students through food. He teeters on the line of theatrics but somehow stays completely himself.
